Our country has seen a strong resurgence after the challenges of the pandemic, led by the success of the nationwide immunization program and diagnosis of the virus through various mode of testing. Continuously from fiscal 2021, we are pleased to share that the company continued to work towards diagnostic field by empanelling itself with the various state government health department agencies and served the people with utmost care by keeping the view of social as well as environmental cause. We continued to provide our clients including individuals, government agencies, multi specialty hospitals etc with accelerated quality and service level. This was made possible only by the dedication and hard work of our employees, who remained committed to provide sustained service to our customers amid unprecedented challenges. On our part, we ensured the well-being of our employees, facilitated their vaccination and extended medical support to them and their families during all the waves of the pandemic.

We have always been committed to create a positive impact on society and address the challenges to the health issues of the locality. Due to this Ideology, we took several steps to further institutionalize good practices related to employee welfare, Quality Assurance, Enlarging the diagnosis range etc. Keeping the view of betterment of the current environment and the society we focus upon the new projects under a social and environmental management framework. This framework integrates environmental and social development assessment into the overall process. We have developed comprehensive strategies for conducting due diligence checks and assessing risk factors in implementing the execution work required in the project. Public Private Partnership (PPP) has emerged as a key priority for us to serve the people even belonging to the remote areas. As a part of our PPP projects, we have served in Nine Districts of Uttarakhand State which also includes the remote areas of the state as well. In Uttarakhand, we had developed infrastructure to provide accessibility of Covid-19 RTPCR Testing to the people living in remote locations. We are continuously augmenting our cyber security measures and bolstering our IT and digital infrastructure by deploying industry-leading technology and efficient risk management procedures.
